The West Harlem Art Fund has been presenting artists of color for the last seventeen years. The organization has also spotlighted artists from European and Asian backgrounds as well. We feel its important to show that all ART MATTERS. Want to eradicate divide, then we have to share our humanity in the face of ALL ugliness.
