Nicola Lucchi, courtesy of the Center for Italian Modern Art (CIMA) was the featured speaker at the West Harlem Art Fund benefit dinner.  The Center for Italian Modern Art (CIMA) is a 501c3 nonprofit exhibition and research center established in 2013 in New York City to promote public appreciation and advance the study of modern and contemporary Italian art in the United States and internationally.

For his CIMA fellowship, Lucchi will investigate the network of institutions, exhibitions, personal and professional rapports that favored the diffusion of Giorgio Morandi’s art in the United States during the interwar years.
